Name Badges serve an important function in many venues. At a convention or other event, a name badge can give you name recognition in a sea of faces. It can also serve to show that you are authorized to be there. VR ID Cards can also produce generic or custom visitor badges. At the 2005, 2006, 2007 & 2008 National Balloon Classic in Indianola, Iowa, VR ID Cards name badges were used to identify balloon pilots and crew as well as National Balloon Classic members, officials, sponsors, vendors and guests. Name badges can also serve as a club or organization membership card to identify members at meetings or events. In business or in schools, a visitor badge can reassure others that an unrecognized individual has permission to be there. Designed as customer appreciation cards or VIP cards, you can issue your best customers a card that affords them special offers or discounts. Implement gift cards and you can make income on cards that may or may not be redeemed later.

Name badges, membership cards and any other cards that don't need the full color range of a photo ID are printed on white 30 mil pvc plastic cards with monochrome ribbons. VR ID Cards currently stocks black, blue, red, green and gold ribbons to offer a wide range of card design options. Want your name badge to be in full color or have a color image as a background? We can produce badges with the same process as our photo ID cards

	Durability: Name badges are printed on 30 mil pvc plastic like credit cards.
	Usability: Name badges can include barcodes and/or magnetic stripes for use with door access systems, lunch programs, libraries, time and attendance systems or any other application that can utilize a barcode or magnetic stripe. You can also have important information printed on the back of the card (If found return to..., Students are required to carry ID at all times, Cardholder is a member of..., etc.).
	Originality: Include company or club logos on your cards to make your cards unique.
	Price: Because name badges and other cards of this type don't need the full range of color of a photo ID, they are produced using monochrome ribbons. This process is faster and more economical.
