Laminated Teslin® makes excellent name tags and key tags. The finish is a little glossier than our standard PVC cards and because they are cut out of 8.5" x 11" sheets, the size of the finished cards is not limited to our standard CR-80 cards. The cards in the sample images below, with exception of the key tags, were printed on 10 mil Teslin®, laminated with 10 mil laminate pouches and cut out with a rotary cutter and a corner rounder. The key tags were produced in the same fashion other than they were laminated with 5 mil laminate pouches. What is Teslin®? I'm glad you asked. Teslin® is a plastic sheet that prints like paper. According to PPG the manufacturer of Teslin® when laminated Teslin® bonds up to 8 times better with the laminate than other products, needs no laminate border and is water resistant.
* These are not the only sizes or shapes that can be produced. They are the ones I currently have templates designed for. ** Cards are sold in multiples determined by how many cards will fit on one 8.5" x 11" sheet. *** Add $35.00 set up and layout fee to orders of 5 sheets or less, for example there would be a $35.00 fee on an order of 200 Key Tags or less, or on an order of 30 oversized cards or less.
